today i’m on a rush, so i don’t have lots of time to write here. i decided that only i can make a difference if i really want to get thinner. then i bought a diet shake, that replaces one meal, and started doing workout at home. it’s not the best, but it’s what i can do and i’m really excited about it.
- I had no idea what calories were
- I ate for hunger and enjoyment
- my weight was just a number
- eating didn’t cause panic attacks
- my thoughts weren’t consumed by all this.
